We crafted “Sachinoki Gozen” to deliver this “profound nourishment.”
Feeding your body is a profoundly sacred and vital act in nurturing your health. This meal reminds us of the importance of eating?something easily forgotten in our busy lives.

酵素玄米を主役に、野菜の料理をふんだんに味わえる店主の気まぐれ御膳です。
内容は日によって替わりますのでお尋ね下さい。
メニューを考える時にまず先に酵素玄米がくる。
酵素玄米に合う…酵素玄米の味わいを邪魔しない。
酵素玄米のデトックス効果を妨げない…
いや、相乗効果を引き出せたらいいよね…と考える。
そう考えた時、野菜がベストだったのです。野菜のみでも美味しいモノ、色々作れるよ~♪そんな野菜料理を作るのが楽しくて仕方ない店主の気まぐれメニューです。

This is the chef's whimsical course featuring enzyme brown rice as the star, accompanied by an abundance of vegetable dishes.
The contents change daily, so please inquire.
When planning the menu, enzyme brown rice comes first.
It must complement enzyme brown rice and not overpower its flavor.
It also shouldn't interfere with enzyme brown rice's detoxifying effects.
Actually, it would be great if we could create a synergistic effect... I think.
When I considered this, vegetables were the best choice. You can make all sorts of delicious dishes using just vegetables! This is the owner's whimsical menu, created purely for the sheer joy of making such vegetable dishes.
